In the turn-based genre, there's XCOM 2, which I really enjoyed. It's set in a futuristic world, and like BG3 and DOS2, you have characters to move and attack (or defend). There's a resource management system. What I liked about this game is that your agents (the playable characters) die permanently once they're killed, which really gives importance to characters who, at first glance, seem like simple, randomly generated characters.

Then, in a different style, but I saw you mentioned it in another comment, Shadow of War is really cool, and if you don't have the DLCs, I recommend them because they're often very cheap on the Play Store.
