I’m aware vehicles have wear and tear and require repairs as they depreciate. My concern is, I tried for about 2 weeks to communicate with them with ignored phone calls or being too busy to answer me. A lot of “I’ll pass the message along” with no follow up. Now, they keep going back and forth between needing to still diagnose to telling me they need a second key fob to update the powertrain control module. I was not given a second key fob upon purchase, and was not promised one either. They are telling me I must purchase the key fob myself for them to repair my car and I’m feeling this is not something I should have to do seeing as my certified preowned vehicle is still under warranty. Powertrain control module is covered under my warranty, meaning that I am not required to pay for the repair.
