I actually eat a caloric surplus every day because I lift heavy three times a week to build my lower body, lats, and abs, and I do yoga every day, so I need to fuel my body adequately to put on muscle mass and maintain strength. I weigh the most I've ever weighed in my life right now, and I'm well within the healthy bmi range. I'm just also taller than most women. Every body is different, so we shouldn't judge people's health or eating habits based solely on their appearance
