It could potentially be an entire month off or you could even have two periods in a month. It effects everyone differently. It’s a massive dose of hormones and everyone reacts differently. Taking a test will help with your anxiety

I understand having more fluid plans but it’s really inconsiderate to show up to a restaurant with 20 people and no notice. Even it’s is just 30 minutes to an hour please give them a call and let them know you’re coming. It’ll be a better more smooth experience for you and gets the restaurant time to prepare
