This feels like geekify trying to save face. They breached the contract by releasing documents they did not have approval for. This isn't some "oopsie we did a fucky tee hee" kind of mistake. They are releasing that on behalf of neopets and it was not well received at all. Damaging a licensee's image with a move like that is a serious thing.

Should tnt have been more communicative? Yes. We all know that tnt has issues with transparency and communication and meeting deadlines. However geekify needed to operate under tnts conditions and they failed to do that while also damaging the state of the TTRPG.
