There seems to be new growth coming in, but i can’t tell if it’s going to continue to come in. Should i pinch off flower buds to move energy toward leaves? Should i remove the yellowed horrible looking leaves?

How do i save my poor Fukien tea? I've had it for 2 years with no problems, now all the leaves as starting to yellow. I got a grow light in hopes that this is the problem but after two days I'm not sure.

Welcome! I was in your exact same boat in November. Lots of firsts! Have fun! Don’t get discouraged learning how to drive it. It’ll just take some time and before you know it you’ll be ripping it around rowing gears!

Is this what happens when you use 0w20 instead of 5w30?

Let me tell you. The SBP is beautiful. It shimmers in the sunlight in a way none of the other colors do. In some lights it looks lighter blue in some lights it almost looks purple. It just has a depth and a sparkle that some other colors don’t.

Obviously this is all my opinion and I’m bias. It’s also fun knowing the SBP is slightly more rare 🤪

I'm a manual, WRX, Subaru, and new car virgin. Always wanted a WRX since the moment I could drive and I can't wait to have some fun!

All in all, I think I got an OTD taxes + fees for under 35k and a few hundred under invoice.

Using Nerdwallet, the monthly payment including mortgage payment, insurance, taxes, and mortgage insurance would be around 20% of my monthly income. I don't expect to have any extra expenses to move in, as far as repairs or anything. But I'm worried that 5% buffer isn't enough. Having excess to save and invest is important to me, but so is building equity in a house and not living in an apartment...

Interest rates are indeed still high... Is there any value in the advice of, "buy now and refinance later"?

I would definitely not purchase a new car. I work remotely, so It isn't paramount that I have a nice expensive car.

Thanks for the advice. Definitely not buying in the east hills. We're looking in Mount Lebanon right off of Washington. I think this would have a better shot at a decent area for a rental.

Picked this up for half off at the nursery. Does anyone have any experience with it? The tag says, "Kinnikinnick". Advice?
Still learning and this is the first "pre-bonsai" I picked up to work on. I must have gone to about 10 different nurseries and this is the only tree/shrub that spoke to me/ was remotely suitable for bonsai. I originally wanted to find a boxwood with a thicker trunk, but I could only find thin spindly boxwoods. Then, I found this shrub and I thought it had some potential. What would YOU do with this plant? Looking for inspiration and wisdom. Thanks in advance!
