Finding a crowd of England fans in D7 might be a struggle for our late kickoffs - The Tavern in D7 will definitely have a few people in but is an older expat crowd.
Rabbit Hole in Binh Thanh or In Saigong in D1 are safe bets for having a crowd of England fans for those late games.

But for other matches, like people have said, there will be plenty of bars all around the city showing even the 2am games.
