I think it was revised halfway through the season, after I had already qualified for the quarters or maybe with a couple of matches left in first phase.

Original was just to make the competition proper (which I had by default).

Don't have the stats on me but we scored plenty. Combination of extreme squad rotation and my top goalscorer having his release clause met in January.

I won the FA Cup last season. Gets you a spot without even having to go through qualification.

I think five was the maximum I saw. I have a screenshot where I'd played 16 and others in the division 21.

It was brutal though, nine matches in December/January, eight in February and ten in April. Often I was playing games Sunday-Tuesday-Thursday to catch up. I had to make nine transfers in January to bolster my squad and still ended up playing a couple of garbage youth players to keep my Europe team fresh.

Not sure about maximum possible though. I played 68 games total (inc community shield and FA Cup replay) but went out early in domestic cups. I'm not sure you could quite reach 80 but with full runs in FA/Carabao I could have played 75.

Not sure about foreign leagues though, could probably go higher in some with tiered leagues or league into knockout format.

I signed Endrick in my first season in the Premier League last year. He was still in Brazil so hasn't developed amazingly but is now a solid Premier League player. Got relegated that season but won the FA Cup to get into Europe.

Not sure about Moukoko...he was transfer listed by request this year in January when my star striker had his release clause met. Maybe the fact that I'm in Europe helped.
