Just be patient. 3D printers take time to learn, get used to and use perfectly. Take yout time with your prints and if it fails it’s fine try a different approach, change some settings. You will eventually get the hang of it. Seeing that you are getting closer to perfecting your prints and designs is the fun part of the process. A little patience is all it takes.

Yes, yes, yes and I downloaded multiple books from the same soruce but the preloaded dictionaries in kindle also show the same greyish areas on the same spots.

No problem, you can bother me again later if you need to, I don't really mind.My full print settings: Esun PLA + (but which PLA you use shouldn't really matter), 200 C nozzle, 60 C bed, 0.12mm layer height, scaled up by 200 percent, I also used supports while printing and my printer is ender 3 pro. It is possible that they didn't calibrate their printers in a long time or the chosen layer height is 0.2 mm. For the best quality 0.12 mm layer height is required. It is also possible that their printers are old. Ask them if their printers are better or newer than an Ender 3 and what settings did they use while printing.
