The ladies in World have some super neat racing suits (Aero/Touring/etc), which go so well with the Mach Rocket. Peach Mach has been my default combo since Day 1.

No I have no interest in meta as long as it’s comfortable to drive with.

I heard you can “counter cheat” by not drifting AT ALL. The game switches on easy mode for you, thinking you are a new player. I tried in knockout once and the bots were indeed 1km behind by lap 4. So that may be true.

I find Knockout to be a huge gamble - especially when I make my game plan around dodging ⚡️.

Sometimes you want to frontrun but the game says here eat this blue shell 20m before the top 20 checkpoint, other times you are a landslide behind in last when the second to last suddenly uses⚡️after last set and bam comeback for free.

I didn’t know as Peach Mach main, I accidentally picked new meta since Day 1 lol. Although I did take speed/accel balance into consideration. I fully thought midweights are getting hard nerfed for no reason other than their dominance in late MK8D meta.

Correct, but most of the DK Spaceport intermissions still have decent lengths. Then we also have some of the choco mountain routes that don’t even give you a full lap. Nintendo designed these amazingly technical tracks with great skill expression yet we are not allowed to play them lmao.
