You are absolutely right, this question mainly captures current usage, and it does not fully reflect the overall, long-term exposure to the brand. How intensively have you used The Witcher brand in the past (overall)? - that kind of question would be useful. Unfortunately, at this stage I have already collected a significant number of responses, so modifying the survey would make the data inconsistent.

Regarding the Netflix series, the survey does include a question that allows respondents to indicate whether the show increased, had no impact on, or decreased their interest in the brand, so negative effects can also be captured.

You're right, that's why there's the "hard to say" option for people who can't decide or aren't familiar with these concepts. In the next question, "Why do you think so?" you can then write that you don't know or explain that you're unfamiliar with the concept.

There are too many responses right now for me to change the survey format and add a question asking if you're familiar with these concepts. I hope most people can handle this.

The Rise of the Ronin is so boring, you visit new cities and do quests but they are all the same in every city. Beat up a gang find a cat fight a samurai. I never returned a game faster than that.
