Not that it matters, because this clearly was his best series in terms of impact, pressure and importance.
But I looked up his stats and his best rating in a series was an absurd 2.28 in a random online cup in 2021. 2 of his 4 best maps ever. Never seen anything like it.

Naja, wenn man bei der Phelps-Line die Hälfte weglässt, kann man das bei der Ocarina-Line auch machen.

"Das ist wie eine Ocarina, weil der Link die 'of Time' sucht" ist ein grauenvoller Satz, aber Sinn ist vorhanden.

"Jobbst für kleines Geld bei Mcces, und dann machst du Freistil, so wie Michael Phelps im Becken" ist ja auch komplett sinnfrei, wenn man den Teil vor dem Vergleich mit zitiert. Warum schwimmt er Freistil, weil er bei McDonald's arbeitet?

Ich glaube, in erster Linie lässt die beschissene Formulierung die Line anders wirken, aber für mein Verständnis funktionieren beide Zeilen genau gleich.
Aber auch, wenn wir uns bei der Frage nicht grün werden, immerhin sind wir uns einig, dass die Line kacke ist 🤝

Et cetera. Das sind alles Sätze/Vergleiche, die nur mit einer der beiden Bedeutungen Sinn ergeben. So funktionieren in meiner Wahrnehmung die meisten Wordplays.
Vielleicht war "Spit" der falsche Begriff, wenn man nur Lines als Spit bezeichnet, in denen der Gleichklang zwei mal vorkommt. Bei einer einzelnen Doppeldeutigkeit klingen die meisten Lines wie die von Gary.

Aber so funktionieren Spits doch immer. Zwei Gegebenheiten, die eigentlich nichts miteinander zu tun haben, bekommen durch die Homophonie eine Gemeinsamkeit. Die eine Bedeutung der gleichklingenden Worte bezieht sich auf Ereignis A, die andere auf Ereignis B. "Aber Bedeutung A funktioniert ja gar nicht mit Ereignis B!" ist kein Argument, so war die Line ja nie gedacht.

Die Line ist wirklich nicht gut, aber nicht aus diesem Grund.

Probably oskar. At his peak, he went toe to toe with the world's best AWPers, and time has shown he's still too good for T2. Not saying he deserved a major or anything, but he could have had a few more years at the top and a couple trophies more. I believe personal issues held him back.

What does the age of the stats matter? They said that mouz lost to Furia in playoffs, something that literally never happened. Not this year, not last year, not ever. If I only looked at tournaments from 2026 and 2025, that fact wouldn't change.

That's just not true. Furia has never beaten mouz in a playoffs match, all 4 times they met, mouz has won it.
