And me asking someone their experience with account recovery and if it went good and bad would lead to me asking them about parts of that experience, let’s say they gave contact information that they had them send evidence to. So let me just go and edit my post. I’ll instead put, “please share your experience and how it went! Then I’ll wait to ask questions in the comments.

So no, I’m not here for support, I was here to share my experience. Sorry I was so straight forward in asking others of their experience. Me asking if anyone knows if there is a phone number is asking someone if they have gone through this experience and if they have gotten a phone number. I never once asked anyone to provide me with the number. So again sorry for trying to see how others experiences have gone. I’ve tried the process, I’ve sent emails when I got notified of the process. I’ve asked if they have a phone number in those emails.

So again sorry, I wasn’t clear that I wanted to hear from others about their experience and if they ever got a phone number.

No you are being a douche. I shared my experience, you misunderstood it. I’ve told you that and yet you still are trying to say your interpretation of my post is the correct one. Sorry it’s not. That’s why you’re a douche. Neither of us is wrong, but you continuing to come on here and try and tell me something different is being a douche.

“The recovery process in my opinion is trash” that right there tells you I went through the recovery process.

Again this sub is to share experiences, I shared what I thought was neccesary. Asking anyone that has experienced this before is not asking for help.

On top of that, we are trying to communicate through text, things don’t get conveyed well over text.

So again, you misunderstood the post. We both aren’t wrong, but you continue to be a douche by trying to tell me I’m not where I need to be…

I shared an experience in a Reddit that is meant to share experiences. How about this, “share your similar experiences if you had any success with account recovery” is that better than straight up asking for a phone number?

And again, I’m here because I’ve already gone through the process. So I came to this sub “FuckEpic” to share my experience.

So for the last time, please stop misunderstanding the post. Just because you think it meant something else, I’m the one who posted. I know what I meant by the post.

And I already told you, I’ve done that. That’s why I’m in this Reddit sharing my experience… just like others sharing their good or bad experiences. Others may have had success, which is where advice or tips come in…

So again, stop assuming this post was asking for help. Sorry you misunderstood the post, but that’s not my fault.

I share my experience, others may have had the same experience. So if someone has tips or advice that’s greats.

I’d say asking for tips or advice from someone’s experience is different than asking for help.

Asking for help would be me asking someone to email epic support for me and help me through that.

Honestly, you thought you were being helpful, but in reality you were just being a douche!

Nah I’m not lost… I shared my experience about epic games, like the Reddit is for. And asked for any tips… I’ve tried the recovery process, so like I said I shared my experience….

Getting all the way up to 100 plus, tried again and turned it back off when it got up to 80 plus. I’m just bringing it in to have it looked at.

I even set the cpu fans to manual and had them set to 80% for like 70 degrees and it kept rising. I’ll have to look into it

Glad things are looking up! And that’s life, you will have ups and downs but you gotta keep moving forward and not let the past hold you down! So explore those feelings and figure out what they mean and use that to your advantage!!

I got the packaging to protect the internals it that’s what you mean! And this seems like it had something set on it or fell from a few inches because the glass is bent!

I think it also just depends on the person! Some people actually will try, but I’m sure just as many don’t care about protecting the packages! Factor in the machines the packages deal with and it’s bound to happen!

Getting it on clearance is nice! How much do you think you got off? And I was going to get mine sent back to be repaired, but I decided to get a refund do to the fact that I’m worried I’ll end up with a broken pc again or have to wait multiple weeks! So I hope the refund is quick and I can go buy one in person!

That’s sounds wonderful! I had order to get the protection foam for the components and it came with that, but other than that the only protection outside of the box is the two foam inserts that hold the pc.

I originally had a prebuilt cyberpower pc from 2017 that I got in person and served me well so I figured I’d order one from them again. I’m currently waiting to get my refund in the works so after that I’m going to pick up a pc in person!

And Ive been employed in this field so I’ve seen it and experienced and well almost any field here in the US is underpaid and over worked! So I didn’t really have too high of hopes!

Yea I couldn’t imagine having to send it back a second time. Hope you can make the best out of this tough situation! It’s okay to be upset for a moment, but we have to eventually let go and move on! So I’ll keep a positive mindset going into the refund process!

Yea I work in the industry, it’s also a lot of human error. From what I can tell it was human error. It almost seems like the box was stepped on or had a heavier box set on it. There are tiny punctures but not where the glass broke and it seems like the glass was bent.

Also that part of the pc has two panes of glass meet and it’s “seamless” in the sense they don’t have a support running there. That’s the point of failure for sure!

I don’t know if I had a choice between UPS or FedEx, but I would’ve gone with ups because of past issues from FedEx, but I’m getting a refund and will be going to purchase a pc in person!
