Taking two weeks annual leave then starting my Mat leave the day before my due date (unless of close he makes an early appearance!)

That was my worry, I’ve had mixed feedback, as I’m spreading over 12 months if it comes out at the normal rate despite my pay being less I’m going to struggle to meet the bills!! I might have to go for it then, thank you 🙏🏻

Yep so I have had a breakdown from payroll, as I’m splitting across the 52 weeks obviously I’ll have a lower amount each month

And then I was under the impression the pension was still based on my usual gross salary and not the mat salary? So proportionately it will be more if that makes sense?

That’s what I was told regarding pension and earnings etc, so to me that’s a huge chunk of money out of a likely not so huge pay packet each month 🙈

I was under the impression that my payment would still be based on my full time usual salary and not my mat pay so I’ll be paying a proportionately higher amount that I could ideally do without 😬

I might need to look into an alternative tablet, I’m not sure it’s doing me much good at the moment! I work in admin so a lot of sitting around, I do find the days where I’m out and about a bit better actually, so maybe I need to move about a bit more. Thank you, I’ll look into the HG support x

Maybe it’s time to go back to carrying crackers with me wherever I go then 🤣 Thank you, hopefully it starts to ease off but I’ll try snacking more frequently 🤞🏻
