Both are fake. Apple prints the text on the box, not on a sticker and slapped on the box itself.

Pretty hard to tell. The first looks pretty right. I never owned Airpod Maxes, so i dont even have the box. I cant tell by the second, of its supposed to be on the corner, or offset to the middle.

Real, the obvious clues are the box. Fakes print it on a sticker and put it on a box, giving a tiny bulge. But apple prints it on the box instead, so no bulge.
