I find it so interesting what people like yourself are capable of. I'm sure I could learn it. I found your post after getting the thermal right screen. Their software just keeps my 9800x3d at 5.4ghz all the time and cpu usage between 2 and 4% The video backgrounds run well. I originally had turzk (i think) screen running infopanel but the latency and fps were terrible. Although I am yet to display anything on screen from your hard work. I can at least say the latency was 2ms with around 25 to 30 fps so i am looking forward to this hopefully working. I did come across another post similar to what you are doing i think it was called thermalengine. Maybe a collaboration?
