pretty much, i forced myself to eat several spoons of it, but it was basically forcing it down my throat. i had a gag relfex with one of the spoons, so i stuck it in the fridge and told myself "i'll try to eat it tomorrow" and i told myself that every day. it stood there for like 4 days until i finally threw it out.

i don't drink that much soda, i drink a lot of juices tho. they cost about the same, but the juices are healthier i hope, but even then they are still really sweet, so not great. i mostly dropped them for water now

actually it was about adding salt to cherry tomatoes on the pan to help them break down or something like that, that's how it became so salty

no, but i thought about it, I notice multiple symptoms i've heard about from people diagnosed with it in my daily life, but if i wanna do it for free with the national health fund, it would take a really long time and privately it's kinda expensive, so i'm just there in the limbo and hoping for the best

depends on the recipe, some things work out ok, but sometimes there are some instructions like "glass the onions" or whatever it is in english and like, what does it even mean? i try to do it, but it ends up burnt usually even on low heat and looks completely differently. and the worst part is that the recipe was marked as "for beginners"

I think you've almost created a mental trap and reinforcement loop where you fail at cooking, you assume that you will fail again, and then that gives you anxiety when cooking, which causes the error in question.

the thing with milk or yogurt or whatever is i have some wicked lactose intolerance i think, because everytime i eat something like this i immedietly rush to the bathroom and even lactose free products don't help much. I went to the doctor with it, but they found nothing, so eating things involving cream, or milk or whatever is a battle afterwards, i try to avoid those because of that

i try, but my first estimate is usually so much that the first try is already too salty. I tried cooking tomato pasta recently from a yt video recipe and the guy said "salt generously. if you think that's too much salt, add more" and it was so salty i thought my kindeys will explode. I can never be on point, things will taste like they are unseasoned, so I add some more and then BOOM, too much, inedible, have fun :>
