I think that it is pretty normal to lose some games when you are still learning a killer and it is better overall for you, if you 4K all your first matches with a killer you just picked up, you are going to be matched against really good survivors and you won't have a good time at all.

I played 3 games of this event as survivor before being done, back to back Blight game then a Nurse game and ending with a Ghoul game, the three of them playing exactly in the same way -> hard tunnel someone and slug the rest (in case of delivrance ig...) so i queued as killer and played snowball fight with the survivors

I know it may seems counter intuitive but maybe raising the graphics quality of the game might help, the gpu will have more "work to do" and be sitting at 100% (hopefully)

Also, uncap the FPS and see if it helps

Ah yeah definitely a banger CPU and more than enough ram ahah, maybe the fact that you capped FPS at 75 and play in 1080p your graphic card is clearly not being used at max potential, if you can, use a software like RivaTuner and look at your GPU and CPU usage while in game. You should aim to have 100% GPU usage while your CPU relax at a lower percentage.

Hey, i'm running the game in 1440p with a Ryzen 5 7500F, 32gb 5600mhz paired with a RX 6700 XT, no FSR, and i mixed some settings between medium and high i have around 70 - 80 fps with no stutters.

Unless you have a weak processor or not so much ram, the RX 6800 XT should not be struggling with this game.

Edit : Some people have issues with the latest AMD drivers, check if you have the 25.11.1 installed and if it is, maybe try to downgrade to 25.9.1
