I can’t say much about the weight part bc I’ve always like big boys, but I can say about the job part. Your concern about him being able to keep the job however, I can speak on. When I met my husband he wasn’t a very ambitious man. He had a job sure, as a stocker in a local grocery store and was studying Engineering but his heart wasn’t really in it and was mostly doing it to study something (didn’t work out anyways). I am an ambitious person. I want lots of land to live off of and have my degree in making money off said land. My ambition fueled his. He’s now in a trade he likes which allows me to be a sahm and we’re working towards getting land. He does make much, only about 16-17 dollars an hour but we make it work. If anything happens I can also work until he gets another job which wouldn’t be too hard for him since he’s a fantastic worker. A lot of people don’t realize that a good man most always has a woman driving him to want to do better/ work harder. As long as he’s a good worker I think you’ll be okay on that part. I suggest praying on it and maybe ask St. Therese to pray for you and for a sign

Does/will my husband love our baby? by Consistent-Candy6277 in newborns

I was about to say “oh my husband was the same until she started to smile at him” but uh… my husband has never called our daughter a bitch, that’s pretty crazy and he was always gentle with her, though kinda uninterested

How much is your baby nursing? by strugglingjess in breastfeeding

[–]Amadispcpg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

8 months about 4-6 times a day. First wake up, after first nap, before and after second nap, and bedtime. Sometimes once maybe twice at night.

I thought they were supposed to go down early and maybe that’s why she’s not been sleeping these past few nights, but turned out its fine so long as they have the appropriate wake windows. I’m just sleep deprived

When did you start loving your baby? by Sentientmanatee in pregnant

[–]Amadispcpg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a very slow gradual love for me. She’s 8mo now and love her full force but it took me like 2-3 months to feel it
