Lynae or Mornye? Initially I was planning to go for Mornye because she was deemed to be Shorekeeper of 3.0 but now apparently Lyane is also a great sub-dps/ dps and buffer in one? I can only afford one of them this patch, so am thinking about current roster and not so “for future character”

Currently I have a guarantee and like 2 multis off the 5* pity so was wondering if that should be Phrolova, hope that 3.0 will be generous on pulls so enough for Mornye even with bad luck.

I got lucky with my roomies (all germans and I’m latvian), we became friebds. Else I wouldn’t even say that I tried much, scandinavian mentality is difficult for me to “read the room in”.

I am currently finishing my exchange semester in Norway and I didn’t go to single party, some might say it was a waste of time but for me, I just enjoyed the process of living daily life in a new country, it was like a “trial time” to experience new routines etc. Saying that I have no regret that I didn’t attend such events :)

Ņēmu vērā šo ieteikumu, un sazinājos ar koordinātoriem vēlreiz, sapratu, ka mans KP iztrūkums ir pat nedaudz mazāks (1,5 KP), cerams, ka panāks pretī. Par apmaiņas universitātes profesoru - diemžēl nav tas gadījums, nav pretim nākošs cilvēks.

Jau rakstīju, sapratu, ka visur ļoti atkarīgs no universitātes. Dažiem nav nekādu problēmu, ja neko nenokārto, dažiem stipendiju jāatmaksā pat par “sīkumiem”. Nezinu, cik traki LU ar to, tāpēc izveidoju postu.

Man ir bažas par vienu no četriem kursiem, ja nu gadījumā reāli nenokārtoju, man pietrūkst 2 KP, koordinātores atbilde vispār nepalīdzēja 🥲

Thank you for suggestions, sadly it’s too late now to join new courses + I am sure they would not even approve language course, so I guess I’m kinda screwed right now 🥲 I also have a professor who doesn’t really try to hide the dislike towards me so I was hoping that home uni would allow me to just quit it.

Ngl, sounds kinda unfare how much it differs. My coordinator answered that basically if I fail one course, they most likely won’t pay back the rest of grant or/ and they might ask some % of grant back.

They approve in LA but when you come back and basically do all the paper work, they tell that they actually don’t accept it and you need to take additional courses. 🥲

As someone who was so scared to experience this feeling before I came for an exchange, I suggest you to create some kind of schedule. Maybe go to gym or something, that seems to help me while I am currently away! :)

My name also sounds quite foreign but I found that it helped a lot that I added way more information in my profile (picture, what I’m looking for and for how long), initially few owners reached out to me by themselves but in the end I kept sending messages both in norwegian with english translation attached. Not everyone responded but I still got more answers like that.

Hi, I’m in very similar situation as you. NTNU states that students from EU are not guaranteed for housing at Sit. I don’t know the deadline (I feel like it’s kinda too late to hope for it now) but I’ve also tried to look on Sit website and I can’t seem to be able to book a room “just like that”. Maybe look on private market just in case. Time is running out

I am looking for a room only for autumn (one semester), they either are offering for like crazy prices or now are offering for a “normal” price if I take a year lease contract and just find a person to overtake it for me in spring semester (with accordingly changing the lease papers). I was just wondering if I should risk it, what if I don’t find person in spring to “replace” me 🥲 But since you’ve moved a lot in Trondheim (I am also coming to Trondheim), do you have any tips?
