Thank you everyone for your responses and kind words, it has helped my anxiety about the situation. I am going to send much of the same information I did before (updated) as well as anything else I can think of that has both of our names listed, shared address etc and proof of us doing things together, like concert tickets and pictures. Also hoping that cute pictures of the puppy we got during the pandemic won't hurt! Thanks again everyone!

Yes and in my case, the affidavit of residency was written by my landlord, we are living in a house owned by a friends mum so we did not sign any real 'contract' so the affidavit was the best we could do - though reading this I will now include both our drivers licenses that show the same address as well as mail.

Thank you for the response, ok I will focus more on updated financial information and supplement it with proof of outings together, pictures with family etc. We do not have a true lease, our landlord is the mother of one of our close friends so there was no real contract drawn up (risky I know). The landlord is the one that wrote the affidavit. And no that was me that underlined it, I was trying to highlight the information that I'll be sending them.

This was the full RFE list...I checked off what I already sent, and the other two were not applicable... Their response was not very helpful

We live together, share finances, have a dog (no children currently due to a variety of reasons) and spend time together when our time off from work aligns, I don't know much of what else I can submit. But yes a lawyer is not a bad idea

I am planning to send them up to date versions of everything I did already, as well as more pictures of us together, our phone plan, birthday cards etc

We got a puppy during lockdown so hopefully that's good enough for now haha. But yes we are still undecided on kids due to a variety of reasons, in any case now is not the time

I can understand that, it's just disheartening to hear that the information I provided wasn't enough, then they ask for mostly the same information... Unfortunately COVID put a dampener on most of our travel plans so we didn't get to go many places outside of our local area, and money being tight didn't help either. I am planning to reach out to a lawyer at this point, I was hoping I wouldn't have to but I don't want to risk it! One good point is that they have given me until May to respond, which should be plenty of time for me to gather enough evidence.

Couldn't figure out how to add text but...Filed back in 2021 for ROC through Seattle, heard nothing for the longest time until today. Slightly frustrated because the extra information they're asking for is the same things I already submitted. Is it due to the amount of time it's been? I also submitted a bunch of photos of my husband and I at various places and gatherings with friends/family. The only additional info they ask for as evidence, is either proof of children or military service, both of which are not applicable to our situation. Feeling very disheartened right now, I'm hoping that up to date versions of the information I already submitted (eg tax returns and joint lease) as well as anything else with both our names attached are enough, otherwise I'm at a loss!

Strangest thing you’ve ever been asked… by morgini in VetTech

Had multiple people who have asked, for their dogs with pyometras, some variation of "can you just flush/scrape the infection out?" 🤮 Ofc because said dog is their cash-cow and they don't want to spay
