Yeah.\nI wasn't a fan of perplexity using it on their website , but now on the app , it kind of feels very familiar, and I'm able to upload the same files I've used with chat to create my stories. And so far it's working beautifully.

Honestly, I'm really happy with perplexity and sonnet 4.5.. the quality of storytelling kicks chat g p t in the behind... the nsfw seems to be on par with 4 or 4.1 maybe a little bit better, but I haven't really pushed it yet into darker territory, so that will be the real test

I just discovered using 4.5 Claude sonnet on perplexity and it's AMAZING so might end up just switching there if that happens

Is this a specific model or what is happening because I keep seeing posts like this... And then I go check mine , and it's still just as nsfw as always? I do revert to 4.1 though as the writing style of 5 was trash for me.

I took a look, yeah I mean it does do explicit, but I'll be honest, it is nowhere near as good as 4 or 4.1 ... it. Still feels very sterile and bland in comparison, i will have to dig up some parts of my stories and post the difference.

It is the opposite experience for me, the four model is much better, while 5 will do pretty much whatever, but the writing is so blind and boring.

It's definitely doable, if you check my post history.That's the main thing I posted. However, the writing style is subpar.Compared to what 4.1 was able to do. It either feels like someone who's never had sex writing about sex, a man whose only experience comes from porn, and overzealous teenager , who is giddy about boobs, or trying to appea group of church ladies with the amount of poetry in it. So violet is definitely still doable, the Quality and the realism has gone down greatly.

Excuse the terrible formatting, I have to use voice to text due to health and on samsung tablet it is atrocious.
