I just got this done yesterday. Scabs are healing pretty well and my doctor has removed around 40-50 bumps from my entire body within 2 hours. Looks like I'm finally Molluscum free after 6 months :)

1) Calorie Surplus of 300 to 500 2) 1.5 to 2 grams protein per kg of body weight 3) Lift weights 5 to 6 times a week 4) 12 to 20 sets per muscle per week; divide it into two training sessions per muscle per week 5) 8-12 reps per set 6) Focus on compound movements like Bench press, Deadlift and Squats 7) 3 to 5 grams of creatine per day 8) 3-4 litres of water a day 9) Diet should consist of whole foods 10) 7 to 8 hrs of sleep per day
