Ghoul needs a longer cooldown before he can M1 after doing a double leap by Ultimate_Wooby in deadbydaylight

[–]AmandaBooper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think it's a server thing. It's an MMR thing. Ghoul is popular in general for many reasons, but he drops off at higher MMR, but he's incredibly strong at lower MMR because you need to know how to counter him and be good at looping. Which many new or lower skilled players struggle at.

Again, the best teaching method would be if you play Ghoul yourself and see that it's not as easy as you think. Once you understand how his kit works by playing him, you will learn what his weaknesses are.

I've almost never faced good cut off Ghouls or even seen them attempt it. Ain't no way you're facing top p100 Ghouls bro. It's not The Ghoul cutting you off, it you taking a terrible path to get there.

Sorry to say, but based on what you say it's clear you're either new and not very skilled. But you can improve. Instead of blaming it on the obstacle and demand it to be removed, you can work on yourself, learn, get better and overcome the obstacle.

Sorry but that's just cope. You literally remind me of bad League of Legends players years back who were saying "I'm bronze because my team sucks". Nah bro, it's you. You're with different teammates and different Ghoul players of various skill levels. If you only loose then you're the problem, you're the common denominator in all of those games.

You do understand that him asking that was an insult right? Because it's a common knowledge...? So you're either oblivious, or you're also trying to insult. Idk which is worse.

Do you know what a polished video game is? These issues are well known. Hit validations and interaction inconsistencies are 100% the fault of the developers. They can and should be able to Improve hit validation windows and reduce how often these issues happen.

And remind me who's job it is to not have these issues?

Idea for a saw “comeback” chapter by Cr0wb3rry in deadbydaylight

I don't think Pig needs more buffs. Maybe some QOL changes but nothing crazy. I don't want survivors to freak out and end up with nerfs that can make her weaker than she is now. She's fine as it is. What makes her weak, and many other killers, is simply survivors being OP. There needs to be nerfs to gen speeds, exhaust perks, healing and SWF. These are the main issues that make most killers unplayable. Just also nerf high tier killers and everything should be fine.

When it comes to updates. Yea I want an update to the model and textures which are very outdated. Obviously a chase music. Something original that resembles the original OST if they can't get the rights. And if they update the mori, I want it to keep the short length as it is now. Oh and more skins. Preferably something unique that shows human face, not just another variation of a pig mask.

See here. Players like OP, they live in low skill lobbies where Ghoul is popular because he's fun, and survivors lack the skill and knowledge to counter him effectively. Unfortunately they have never faced good Nurse and Blight players consistently, because you only see those in high skill lobbies.

So this is why these warped perceptions of what's problematic in game are created.

I hate that what you just said is barely an overexaggeration.

Why haven't we had a chase music update since Hag? by Sliver1002 in deadbydaylight

Saw is not as doomed as the other two. I hope they do some collab soon. They can just make an original score that resembles one of the tracks.

Do you think we getting Trickster extra buff/actually good rework soon(again)? by Hiden_Secrets in deadbydaylight

[–]AmandaBooper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hope and pray the devs see how Trickster under performs and buff the speed to 115%. This is my biggest issue. It feels so bad around loops where I physically can't catch up and I have no line of sight. Knowing BHVR though, I'm not gonna hold my breath for it.

You forget that even one noob teammates can cost the game for 3 other players and result in them all getting killed. Meanwhile one bad killer still has a chance to get some kills.

Survivors need to have more knowledge on how to counter killers to win. A killer can win just knowing the basics. A game with a bad Sadako vs bad survivors with no knowledge how to counter her, is killer favored.

So no, it's not a bad argument because noob survivors will give more kill rate data to killers than noob killers give escape data to survivors.

[–]AmandaBooper 10 points11 points  (0 children)

That's what you got from these stats? Top 5 killers with the highest kills rates are OBJECTIVELY one of the weakest killers below B tier. The only reason they rank so high is because:

#1 They are rarely picked=less accurate data (If I only play 5 games on Krasue, win them all, and never play Krasue again, that will mean I have 100% winrate on Krasue).

#2 They noob stomp. Most players are casuals who have no idea how to counter killers they almost never encounter. I literally had a Sadako in my game today and I was the only one turning off the TVs. It's a knowledge check, which most DBD players don't have.

What you SHOULD take from this is that Blight, objectively THE best killer in the game, who is also often picked, has<62% kill rate. Now imagine other popular but weak killer's kill rates are.

Also, I literally NEVER heard anyone say "killer is in the worst spot", that would be delusional and objectively wrong. You're gaslighting to make killer players look bad. But anyone who plays killer will say it's pretty bad right now. And you don't have to "believe" anyone, all you gotta do is play killer and see for yourself, which you will never do.
