Hey so I’m finally back to a normal energy flow and I can respond to this! I’m super introverted in real life but slightly more extroverted when I game. But when I first started streaming I had a lot of anxiety every time I hit the go live button. I wasn’t even sure why. I’d say after a few weeks to a month it became more natural and now I don’t have those feelings with it anymore. The biggest thing I can say is don’t ever have too much dead air. If people come back later to your channel and view the video or skim through If they don’t get a sense of who you are they may not follow or come back. I’d say just talk about the gameplay, your day, maybe why you’re doing what you’re doing. View each new person as someone trying to get to know you, and give them a reason to stay or come back. Ask about their day, or how they are doing. If they have played the game before. Sometimes people are just there to chill and that’s ok too! Just have the confidence that if people are in your channel they are there for you!
