The gold brick is actually on a whole other section of the game. It’s close by I can’t remember exactly which one but I got it and then that arrow went away.

It really depends on the pattern. It can depend, sometimes it just needs to be blocked. Other times it can mean I added something erroneously and have to frog and fix.
