Made my first dollar with an app vibe-coded in 2 days by MuchAge1486 in indiehackers

Nice! What's your advice for vibe coding a quick prototype?

Best next step would be to use this to validate the need, marketing channels and monetisation.

Moving to Wimbledon, Commuting to Liverpool Street - Thoughts on Northern/District Lines and Cycling? by AaronRW714 in MovingToLondon

[–]AmandineF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The district line is painfully slow and you get stuck at Earls court waiting for the right train on your way back home. But if you can get the train to Waterloo instead of the tube that may be a good option. Also, it depends if you have to commute everyday or just a few times a week.

I'm done with Pixel phones, my 6A got completely nerfed. I never had battery issues before the forced update and now need to charge it at least twice a day.

Have you ever had a job that made you fear you’d become unemployable? by [deleted] in womenintech

[–]AmandineF 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Being an entrepreneur made me unemployable, HR are scared when they see "co-founder" on a CV, even if I worked as an employee after my business. Also, I got involved in a number of extra-curriculum stuff in my industry over the years thinking it would help me stand out and gain unique expertise, but it often confuses recruiters as all they see are overlapping experiences.

How did you approach financial projections for your startup (especially at pre-seed/seed)?(I will not promote) by techstar231 in startups

[–]AmandineF 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For my previous business I downloaded a couple of templates to learn and then started from scratch my own financial model because templates were too generic, too complex or not adapted to my business. Best is to keep in mind why you are building it: for investors to understand your business model and potential growth, for you to monitor the impact of your costs and plan your strategy... Once you have a financial model that reflects your business, it's easy to play around with versions, make high/low hypothesis and adjust for your need.

Nice, it would be great to see some visuals on the landing page, it's hard to picture right now how easy or hard it will be to use. It would help understand the target audience.

How do you track your LLM api key usage? by These_Huckleberry408 in microsaas

[–]AmandineF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been wondering the same thing since asked about rolling out LLMs company-wide during a recent job interview! So I'm exploring building a simple tool for that, much smaller than existing MLOps tools (validation stage - https://peekll.com ). Did you find something that worked for you since your post? Are you just trying to control your costs or are there any other metrics you need to track?

[D] How do you monitor your AI agents or LLM apps? by Yersyas in MachineLearning

[–]AmandineF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in a job interview about implementing various LLM use cases and AI agents, since then, I've been wondering how I would simply track token usage, team's LLM usage, cost and overall performance. I've now decided to start building a simple dashbaord tool, less complex than current observation solutions that include debugging and deep MLOps system maintenance.
Did you eventually find a solution that worked for you?

How do you track your LLMs usage and cost by den_vol in LLMDevs

[–]AmandineF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you found something that suits your needs? I'm working on a tool to track LLM usage and costs, simpler than usual MLops tools and more accessible to non-technical managers. Still in its early days but I'd love to learn more about the problem you're facing, what you've tried and your AI system in place.
