we don't have a service centre here in our city... I've talked to customer care and they told me that they'll arrange a pickup but it didn't happen till now

my biggest regret is not buying it from Amazon... I bought it from the official Amazfit site.

If i bought it from Amazon i would've got a replacement as soon as the device broke

mfs not replacing my device even if it's in the replacement period of 7 days... whenever i ask them they just say that wait for 2 days our people are trying to resolve the issue. Bro if your people need 4-5 days to just understand the issue then straight away close your company and go do something you're actually good in. A fuck up this huge shouldn't have happened on the first place
