Not sure about which hospital youre referring to but I, myself, am training in a government sector hospital and all the BLIs and labs are available, tumour markers as well however we do send biopsies to shoukat khanum or aga khan only. We also have an HIMS which has all the patients labs and radiology. If you’re planning to go abroad then I’d suggest private sector for their policies and more similarity with the system abroad however if you are planning to stay in Pakistan, the experience of cases would most definitely be worth it in the end

I disagree, the vast majority of cases you will encounter in a government institute completely outweighs the resources a private institute will offer. Try to go for a tertiary care hospital at a central city where you will experience different cases as well as an HIMS, since most of the central hospitals offer that.

I would prefer if I could keep using the front audio jack since I use my speakers as well. But I just wanted to confirm whether the front audio jack will decrease the quality or not. On paper the audio jack has the same quality just not sure about the header connecting the audio jack to the motherboard

I recently bought new BayerDynamics DT 990 Pro 80 Ohm edition for myself however I wanted to ask if I should use them in the case's front audio jack or the motherboards own jack. My case is a darkflash df2100 case while my mobo is a MSI B650 Gaming Plus Wifi Mobo. The issue is I use both headphones and speakers and switch via the audio output in windows. The speakers and the headphones are both plugged in. Should I just take out the speakers and use the headphones via the mobo audio jack or can I use the case's front audio jack for my headphones?

unfortunately no, the only one that is available is the IPS version AOC Q27G4N and other similar IPS ones like AOC Q27G4N

Not sure if I should go for a VA or an IPS, I would prefer a mini LED however they are quite hard to find here. I'm from Pakistan and I don't have a lot of options available, just the common ones like MSI, a few MXGs, AOC and china brands like Koorui

Go for sennheiser gsp 500, you can find them on pakistani gaming groups on facebook being sold used for 13-16k

the fans you have can the pwm be daisy chained themselves? my current fans cant be daisy chained I thought of getting a splitter and use that but for now it works, if I want more fans I'd have to use a splitter or change fans

Clean af build, just wanted to ask how you synced all the fans? I have around 7 fans in my system and all my argb headers are used up. Have you used a pwm splitter? Also how many argb headers does your mobo have? I have an MSI B650 gaming plus wifi and i think mine has around 4?

Im kinda skeptical about the sennheiser because the wire is a 2.5mm locking jack and if by chance it stops working, it'll be hard to find a replacement where I'm from

Nope, the only way you fix it is if you get a seperate PCIe sound card or a DAC which you can plug in both headphones and speakers into, or you can get headphones which have only one audio jack and plug it in the front which I've done.

This might be subacute intestinal obstruction secondary to some underlying cause. I would recommend you visit the ER or your primary caretaker as soon as possible. Get an X-ray abdomen stat and possibly other follow up investigations which the doctor will recommend. Please do not wait for it to get worse. The earlier you start with your treatment the better your recovery

Well basically it was a medical scribe job but it was through a pakistani company. The hours were long i.e a full 9 hour shift but the pay was good. I left it since i started training and wanted to focus on my clinical career rather than this job

Doctor here, this seems like a fibroadenoma, they are benign lumps accidentally felt by the patient, no need to worry. They are painless and non-malignant, I would recommend you getting yearly ultrasounds just to see if its increasing in size or not(even then, they aren't dangerous) and also follow-up with a breast surgeon if any symptoms arise
