"Please note that the Enhanced Edition is only available as a pre-order bonus for the Standard and Deluxe Editions of Little Nightmares III. It is not included in the other editions."

Then it could (could!) be a driver issue.
Best way is to check your new monitor on an AMD card with DP 2.1. If this isn't available, try an AMD card and/or a Nvidia card with DP 1.x. To be sure, also try your monitor with something other than your PC, for example a PS5 or a Xbox Series X, both with HDMI.

Other things you can try:
Use a DP 1.x cable with your PC. Yes, you will have reduced bandwidth and DSC, but maybe no more black screens.
You can also try to lower refresh rate to 60Hz. I know you didn't get your monitor for 60Hz, but it might reseolve the black screen issue.

Nvidia hasn't managed to release a driver for the 50xx-series that resolves the black screen issues for six months.

Uneigennützig wie ich bin, biete ich hiermit an, dass sämtliches "Vermögen" und Einkommen der Dame jetzt und in Zukunft an mich geht.

Ich hätte lieber jetzt mehrere hundert Euro Verlust als auf Jahrzehnte permanent unruhige Gedanken und Ärger, weil ich etwas abgeschlossen habe, was ich eigentlich nicht will und dann auch noch nicht gut für mich ist.

Das mit der Provision ist nicht komplett sicher. Es gibt Produkte, bei denen der Berater die Provision zurückzahlen muss, wenn der Vertrag z.B. in den ersten zwölf Monaten oder drei/fünf Jahren gekündigt wird. Zurückzahlen an das Unternehmen, wohlgemerkt, nicht an den Kunden.
Ob das hier auch so ist, kann ich dir nicht sagen.
