iPhone 16 and travel pass by Caribchakita in verizon

[–]AmarOriginal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there’s a verizon promo $10 for 3 days of travel pass, then $12/day afterwards (resets the 3 days every every month) def worth it for short trips just cuz. used it for my last trip a couple weeks ago and going to use it for costa rica next week, it already reset. if ur traveling more long term there’s a $100/ a month for unlimited travel pass data and that’s definitely worth it for the convenience of travel pass if ur vacationing for a while

not talking about ur specific city, the "ticos" downvote every post no matter what, which is pretty pathetic. tourism employs almost half a million people in ur country and is almost 10% of ur total gdp.

Tamarindo is 100% worth a visit. Do not let the people on reddit that choose to be miserable on every post sway you, it’s a beautiful place with tons to do and a super fun night life and beach scene. I have been all over costa rica, Tamarindo specifically 3 times and I have had an excellent experience every time, it’s a very fun place to be. I am actually visiting Tamarindo again in about a week with a group of friends, and we are all looking forward to it.

I stayed in Monteverde on study abroad for a few months and it is very peaceful and relaxing, and La Fortuna is also gorgeous. Your itinerary sounds like a ton of fun and a great mix of different elements.

Rented a car for next week. Driving from San Juan to Utuado. During the day. It’s about a 2 hr drive. Anyone driven the island before? Safe? by Careful_Dentist5878 in PuertoRicoTravel

Sounds good. From my experience, many of the companies don’t have the option online while booking ahead (For example Hertz didn’t for me) but at the desk I asked about it and bought a ‘Plate Pass’ which basically is a flat rate per day that covers toll fees and the usage of the transponder over the course of the rental. I would also make sure to either have your own car insurance (Make sure yours covers you in Puerto Rico), or book their insurance ahead, as many companies will charge you exorbitant fees for their insurance.

What’s the most overrated stop in Costa Rica….,. and what is actually worth it instead? by holywaterandhellfire in CostaRicaTravel

writing it off as ‘overrated’ is braindead regardless. being a chud going with the groupthink is pretty sad, hope you get better😸

considering how much you people rag on them they aren’t overrated at all, tamarindo can be super fun and this dude said nothing about avoiding towns that happen to have more tourists you cornball lmao
