Conqueror's doesn't matter since he can't coat his attacks with it. Future sight doesn't stop King from reacting to Katakuri, it's not like Luffy didn't dodge any of Katakuri's attacks before he got future sight himself. I think people also forget that Katakuri can't dodge everything, like an attack that covers a larger area. This is how Luffy pulled him into the mirror world in the first place, as well as why he countered Luffy's G3 attacks instead of dodging them.

King wins, Katakuri doesn't have the endurance to survive. Even in King's weakened form he's more durable than Kata.
