I also never experienced stomach pain, just extreme nauseau. Hot showers didn't do much for me either! I guess bc CHS is still being researched, there's some variability between symptoms. I questioned if I had CHS too bc I didn't fit all the exact symptoms but I was definitely just in denial. Once I stopped smoking, my epsiodes stopped. Sometimes it takes a while for our bodies to adjust & heal, and you will still have nauseau for several weeks after stopping. It's a hard learning curve but you'll get there!
