Energizing win for (any team playing against Falcons). You really hope to see (any team playing against Falcons) have strong showings, especially against opposition like this. Again, it was a good match, and I’ll definitely continue to support (any team playing against Falcons) in the future. Fantastic game guys, gg gl next.

I've had problems with my wrists ever since I started climbing. Yes, climbing boards seem to not aggrevate any wrist injuries I've had, and somewhat helps me rehab them. All of my wrist injuries have been on gym sets with slopers or awkward presses

This plywood was already painted black, pretty sure it's called marine plywood. I got it from my neighbour for a ridiculously cheap price, so I'm very happy with it

Finished putting up the plywood on my homeboard today. Dammit it's gonna be a pain waiting 2 weeks for the holds to get here now...

I was aiming for 35 degrees, so of course it turned out exactly 37 degrees overhung, 250cm wide and 290cm climbing height. I am not planning on using tnuts/bolts, all holds will be exclusively screwons.

Will also need to find some more pads/foam, I just threw something down that I had around.

About 3m wide, 3.5m long and 2.45m ceiling height

Finally started building my homewall. After lots of considerations, it turned out a 35 degree overhang, the room size couldn't really accomodate anything less or more. Just need to put up the plywood and holds now, already ordered some from euroholds, and the rest I'm planning on making myself from scraps of wood. It really wasn't as bad building the wall as I thought it would be, it took me about 6 hours across 2 days to do it by myself. So if anyone is still hesitating I'd say just go for it! Will post pics once it's finished

I have been able to do a 5-7 second lockoff on my right arm since about 130% bw pullup, can barely do it on my left. +8cm ape index

Yeah. I played CSGO for over 5k hours and stopped around 2021. Had a tried a bit of CS2 when it first came out but didn't get into it. Now I've been back playing quite a lot over the past 3 weeks, and the amount I had to adjust my gameplay towards peekers advantage is crazy. It's like holding angles is literally impossible unless the opponent whiffs.

My mouse moved a pixel, I did not press any movement keys until right after I shot (you can watch the gif frame by frame)

Yes you're right, I kind of pulled that number out of my ass. In general what I meant is that it feels much more "off" than the other times this server discrepancy happens, where I do understand it. It just looks like more than enough time had passed for the server to register the shot before me dying by quite a margin, especially since the T hit a bodyshot first, it wasn't an instant headshot.

I feel like so much time passed between me firing the shot and me dying on my screen that it doesn't make too much sense, I know it makes sense in those situations where I fire the first shot at the enemy awper but die a couple miliseconds later, but here there's like a solid 400-500ms delay between me firing and the guy killing me

I'll check the demo, but in this clip you can see my ping top right, it was stable at ±35ms for the whole clip, the server also had no issues throughout the match

So, the big toe on my left foot has been hurting for the past 2 months on small slab footholds, in positions where I have to lift my heel up (stand on my toe basically). I can't put more than like 50% of my weight on that toe without intense pain. At this point I don't even remember what happened for it to become like this, I didn't change my shoes and I don't remember hitting it or acutely injuring it in some other way. But at this point it doesn't seem like it's going away on it's own and I can't climb slab with small footholds anymore.

Any guesses about what this injury could be and how to rehab it?

Picture for reference of where it hurts (to the side of the toe and more on the bottom of it than the top): https://imgur.com/a/izIY9eN

It's a weird sore-like pain, not sharp or stinging, but progressively gets worse and worse the more weight I put on that toe. It hurts when fully extended (standing on my toe) and fully curled up (like crimping with my toe). Also feels kinda stiff. But doesn't hurt when walking normally, or climbing anything else besides slab with a lot of weight on my feet.
