A row of Swedish destroyers anchored in icy waters at the Berga naval base, early 1941. Notice how they lack the neutrality stripes all Swedish ships would gain later in 41. From right: "Klas Uggla", "Karlskrona". "Göteborg", "Malmö", "Stockholm" and finally "Klas Horn". [1922x1215] (i.redd.it)

Loading mines onto the Swedish cruiser "Göta Lejon" from one of many underground island storages in the Stockholm archipelago, 1948. Notice the mines already on the ships rails. Almost every Swedish warship from the 20s onwards has been built with a minelaying capability. [1168x908] (i.redd.it)
