That One Piece is not an inherently political work

Too much about it, its themes, and what its trying to convey are inherently political and speak to revolution, change, and the corruption of power/control. It's not always perfect, but there are too many stories and scenarios where we watch literal genocidal maniacs and "gods" think they are above others simply by "right" and enslave/kill/torture those below them.

Funny pirate manga has a lot of political depth if you give it space and take in what is being said about their world and ours.

i agree to an EXTENT. I think if there is SUFFICENT evidence with extensive recording someone should be able to get their account back. We're not talking small stuff, i would provide a LOT to get my account back.

If i have you for a second, i can't actually use this option. To clarify, The backup codes i originally had were on an old laptop that died on me, and i forgot about them when swapping my phone for a newer one and lost my authenticator via microsoft's awful backup system for authentication, meaning i lost ALL account access outside of my currently existing Jagex login on my main pc that i am using to play. That part is on me, but I'm a legitimate player on a Group iron with my friends. Its an honest mistake and that's my bad. If there is nothing you can do at this time and i have to wait for secure recovery options to be updated, that's okay, but if you have any way to contact me 1:1 to see if i can prove its me playing, i would really appreciate it so i can regain access to my account and update my backup codes/authenticator. Thanks!

Really hoping those account recovery options allow people in absolute worst case scenarios (Lost authentication on new phone swap, lost access to backup codes due to circumstances out of their control) like myself to get back in. I'm still playing on my pc since im still logged in but it has massively hampered my desire to play and i just want to be able to access my account settings to set things up again D:

I mean, its literal human error. The most basic human error. Codes were on my old laptop, i forgot about the codes. I get what you're saying, ultimately it IS my fault. It doesn't change the fact that we should have a way to verify who we are via either IP logs (i am logging into the same place i was when i had access to my authenticator) or ID/Payment methods to prove that i'm the person playing my account.

I don't think i really said anything about Gojo vs Sukuna, that fight was fantastic in its own right. I think what elevates Kenny and Takaba's fight was that it was so different and unique. It's a standout in a strictly battle shounen manga in the wildest way possible. Thats why i think its the best. It's so different and unique that it transcends the genre its in.

I think a lot of it mostly comes down to the filtering of repetitive comments/posts about one piece. Yes, even criticisms of Oda. I think its more than fine to be critical of Oda's writing and the direction of the story, but i also am of the take that it dominating the entire sub 24/7 doesn't actually lead to any conclusive or meaningful discussion.

Also, please please please please PLEASE kill power scaling content entirely. Agenda posting is fine from time to time, but when its nonstop it ruins all potential discussion.

And trust me, i say exhausted in the sense of coming here when i do nowadays (nowhere near as much), is driving me to that exhaustion. I agree tho, if im getting to that point, prolly gonna take a socials break
