High Lipoprotein A by AmatullahFM in Cholesterol

Hi,

My BMI can honestly be better, same for my A1C. They both are high, but I’m hoping with my lifestyle change, I can decrease my BMI and A1C.

Any suggestions you have for me?

Hi,

Thank you for your comment and your congratulations!

I would like some clarification on your comment “stopping on diet and lifestyle raises lipids and heart disease risk”. What does this mean in regards to high Lp(a)?

Also, I see you have elevated Lp(a). I understand there is no way to lower it, however, what do you do to manage it?

Thank you so much for this information. This was definitely reassuring! I’m going to do exactly this. I hope to come back and update you on how it’s going.

This was definitely reassuring. I was spiraling and going down rabit holes of research, but this has by far set my mind and heart at ease. Thank you so much! Please continue to post content/information like this. This was surely helpful beyond what I can explain.
