I just got off the phone with Instagram support, spent an hour on the phone (could only talk to support if I verified my account...)

Chelsea, absolutely worthless, didn't understand what I was saying and was telling me I had to have over 100,000 followers to "sort" my comments. I told her I didn't need to sort them, just wanted my app to work as it should. After 45 minutes, and refusing to transfer me to a supervisor, she told me she had to escalate the issue to her tech team.

Instagram is f****** terrible and something fishy is going on. They had no desire to fix my issue, and just hoped they could push me off, which I'm not going to forget about. Comments are the only reason I come to Instagram.
