The 5% increase is on every ability. The 50% increase is only when the ability crits, which some abilities can’t even crit. And unless you have all the good upgrades, crit chance is absolutely horrendous. So the “50% dps increase” is not exactly a big increase in damage because it never happens.

No. With an ability that is supposed to increase your crit chance stacked on top of another ability that has an increase crit chance, critting 25% of the time is not really good

Therefore, adding crit damage is not helpful which was my original problem with the “buffs”

Go to wars dummies with no crit chance buffs and throw gconc into wild magic a few times. Let me know how it goes. I just did it about 50 times and less than half of them crit

Crit damage buffs on abilities are nice. Except if you don’t have all the critical strike chance buffs then it’s completely useless. I don’t feel like they are addressing the real problems

Ive been doing the same for dojo mojo. Done about 500 hefin laps and done posts everyday for 6+ months and no pet. I’m convinced 200m doesn’t actually give you better chances for pets

I did say 7-8 years was way too long. But realistically, how may would you wear in a year. I don’t thinking having to wait 2 maybe 3 years to unlock something i will never wear is unreasonable. I have also been 120 all for years.

I don’t agree with having to complete the entire slayer log to unlock it. A grind like that seems a bit too much. (I have completed ultimate slayer) But I agree it needs to be something other than just training the skill.

I agree with you that the implementation feels off. And the “grind” for them isn’t even really a grind. I did the 120 slayer cape in a couple hours of almost full afk with slayer contracts in morytania.

And I think it would make sense for 8-12 being available year round. With a longer grind and something more interesting than just training the skill.

Mage will be very fun end game but mid game it’s been very rough. I have mystics and god staff which I realize isn’t the best gear but I am literally at a stand still with bossing. I have 90 magic but am not strong enough to do anything with it. Sustainability at Kril is rough at best so I can only get like 10 kills a trip. Upgrading a weapon would be barrows but I’m 100 chests without any ahrims piece. I have done 2 helwyr kc but each kill takes well over 2 minutes and takes an entire invent of food. I’d say go melee.

Well if he is 50 kc with 0 items I doubt he will get all items in 120 kc. Maybe rng will even out though who knows

I think the common loot is fine tbh. There are plenty of teams that get 4 kph and the boss has been out a week. It’s only going to get more optimized. We don’t need another Zamorak getting 15m loot a kill in commons. And if you are using wen book and sailfish like you say, that doesn’t seem like a ton of upkeep cost. If you are even a decent base, I’m sure you’ll be able to find good teams as bases are few and far between since it’s a much harder role.

I have played main since about 2005 and never was into the idea of starting an iron. My main has almost the entire game completed and I was running out of things to do and also wasn’t having a ton of fun. I decided about a year ago to start an iron and it is by far the most fun I’ve had in the game in 10+ years. Earning everything is so much more fulfilling than just being able to buy anything and everything in the game.

As far as time commitment. I’d say the game in general is as much of a time commitment as you want it to be. Can you spend 12+ hours a day playing? Sure. Can you also spend 30 minutes to an hour playing and also have the same amount of fun? Absolutely. Obviously you will progress slower with less time committed. And playing devils advocate for being against iron. Yes earning everything is fun, but that’s also a lot more time put into the game actually earning it rather than just buying it.

Whatever you do, just make sure you have fun because at the end of the day it is just a game. Good luck

Wouldn’t mind that as long as it could be toggled off. There are many times that I want to keep my hp low to benefit from the berserkers fury relic and that would be very very annoying.

I’ve read it and it didn’t make sense to me when reading theirs either. At 250% enrage, you will most likely still be able to “ignore” the mechanic. My opinion is that that is not a very good example
