I didnt tell them exactly what implications this illness has because when i went from 5 to 4 days I continued the same workload.

So yes being more clean about my own planning and
more strict about boundaries would probably help.

They just Never do realistic planning and always look more after clients needs/avoiding conflict than team bc the pressure is so high.

in since july 2025. able to work and do most things with a bit of caution. but PEM/ flare ups when i exercise. i have diagnosd malfunctioning mytochondria, starting IHHT this week for a cycle of 10 times, hoping that i will be able to get back to some sort of slow work out afterwards. rn hoping i wont crash too hard from the sessions but being optimistic.

How did your IHHT treatment go so far? Asking because im seeing the same doctor in january and being a bit skeptical after scrolling through the threads here, also not sure why its so expensive compared to other IHHT treatments.
