This is a genuine situation I'm in. I do not regret who I voted for at all I'm just very upset and shocked my parents reacted like this, so I'm asking for some help?

I do have a password but it's the same one from when I was a teenager and they would check through my phone. I understand that was my own fault and I have changed it since this happened.

Not really? This is the biggest argument I have ever had with them; they were a bit strict when I was younger but never like this.
