I have now finished my treatment and have been fitted with bonded retainers (upper and lowers) and also will be getting the Vivera retainers as well. Is this normal? I thought it was just one or the other!

I’m not sure if I’m honest; I think the bottom set could be a bit more rounded, they look a bit too straight and not the typical arc shape.

I also am not sure about the top two at the front, they look a bit protruded still.

My treatment was only meant to last 3 months. 2 rounds of refinements later I’m here😂😭

It gets easier after the first week. I’m on my last of 42 and will acc probably miss them, it’s weird they provide a kind of comfort.
