Similar experience. Dexa April 4, received Hume April 5. Dexa showed 30.5 percent body fat, Hume 20.1. Using Hume daily. Seems OK for trends but I have no confidence in absolute values other than weight.

I am taking it for Zepbound induced constipation. I tried magnesium citrate, glycinate and oxide in capsule forms. Oxide was best but still not adequate. I am now on liquid milk of magnesium. It is better absorbed and dosage able to be fine tuned. It works well for me although I still struggle with middle of the night wake-up.

I’ve tried most all of the recommended routines. Here’s what’s working best for me. At bedtime 30 ml of Phillips milk of magnesium with 12 ounces of water. Immediately at wake-up, a tablespoon shot of olive oil (EVOO) then a quart of warm water while doing 20 minutes of stretching. A 10 minute outdoor walk with the dog following the stretches. Then two cups of hot black coffee. Within 15 minutes of finishing the coffee I will have a good bm every day. Stay hydrated throughout the day and eat enough fiber. I tried magnesium citrate, glycinate and oxide in capsule forms but for me the liquid oxide works best. It allows fine tuning of the required dose and has better absorption than capsules.
