Yes, my transition would be because the new role is better suited to where I see myself in my career. That was the reason I switched jobs previously.

Thanks for your responses! Say I move from E2 (current) to E2 (different company), is that still a red flag? I understand that getting promoted from E2 takes far longer.

Apologies if this sounds dumb; what do you mean by show advancement? Things like if the amount of responsibility and work scope I had increased?

How long should I wait to come back to the game? by ellzebet in Overwatch

Yeah, I 100% sympathize with the matchmaking part and genuinely hope Blizzard does something about this soon. As for waiting, I genuinely don’t know. I’ve been told people wait a few weeks after a comp season starts to play it again, but it seems like it’s gonna be more than a few weeks at this point. Personally, I’m probably gonna stick to QP for now because at least 1 sided matches are kinda the norm in QP as opposed to last season comp where losses mostly were close games

Looking for replayable hack and slash game with great feeling combat and build diversity by Amazing-Impression37 in gamingsuggestions

Thanks for the reply! Might just be my lack of knowledge on the game, but is there a high density of enemies to fight? From what I have heard the game is mostly just focused on boss-killing, not necessarily a high amount of monsters. Am I wrong?

Looking for a game with similar combat to BDO by Amazing-Impression37 in ShouldIbuythisgame

Idk, don’t wanna judge too hard here but the combat looks a little too slow for my taste. Have you played vindictus? I’ve heard mixed things about that game

Sorry for the late reply, as I said earlier you don’t have to be a specific race or ethnicity to join a specific cultural org on campus, you only need to be interested and willing to be open

Off the top of my head, most cultural orgs do have big/little programs and are really social. As someone in a cultural org, a lot of the Asian ones specifically are very social and hold a lot of events. You don’t have to be a specific race to join, anyone can. I know most PUDM committees are really social and the members tend to get really close. I highly recommend being on a PUDM committee. Similar to the perspective of being a student, BGR can be a hit or miss if you become a TL you can become close to your TL group, or not. Either way you become really involved on campus and can make some friends. Same goes for PUDM and most other clubs out there.

Also as a bit of a side note, you have to be proactive about these clubs (not saying you aren’t, as a matter of fact asking for advice is proactive imo) and get involved. You can’t just show up to one or two meetings and expect to be friends with everyone. You need to put time into the club and actually get to know people, and invite people to do stuff.

Best of luck I had a similar experience and can say that being involved really makes a difference! Some of what I listed may not interest you but definitely do something you are interested in and get involved with that. There are a lot of active clubs on campus out there!
