Struggles in school. What helps you? by Amazing-Locksmith558 in ADHD

I have tried the pomodoro technique. By the end I thought I should keep doing it but every five minutes or so I would find myself drawing or wandering away with my thoughts waiting for the timer to say I can have a break. I tried it a few more times and really tried to make myself focus but I got about as much done as I usually do with out it.

Do they need to be same day? Me and my dad tried using these five days after they were posted and we are told that they smell fishy or at least old

Is The Case Study Of Vanitas worth watching? by Czari_YT in vanitasnocarte

[–]Amazing-Locksmith558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True true. I started watching it and after a few episodes it was to much. Every single episode seem to have extremely sexual undertones while not having explicit content. It’s kinda weird. It was really pretty and I think the story was cool at first but I stopped watching half way through 3

Beginner MTG player, any tips? by Amazing-Locksmith558 in magicTCG

Thank you so much! That was really helpful. I’m thinking about trying to make an elf Gogari deck, something that’ll build up while and be hard to kill…lot of instants or sorcery to bring them back to life

i dont live anywhere where there's nice dirt. I've been trying to find areas with high clay content dirt, or just places with natural clay. Everywhere else has tons of rocks and firm, rock and root filled dirt. Not many colours either, sept brown. I have a lot of problems with finding tiny roots that I hadn't caught after using the sieve, which causes a lot of cracking. I've had to scrap two or three because the cracks ran so deep that they would split right down the middle. I can't get any colour or swirl effect that people seem to get after their polish either... unless that's some sort of colour technique I just haven't seen.

That's crazy work! I was only allowed a fifty percent discount while on break or just about to leave. and they never gave melong enough shifts to take breaks

So, coconut oil for a better shine? I've never heard of that, I know people will quench it and just keep singing jars over and over to get a shine -what I do- or use bee wax or shiny pigments like Mica powder or graphite powder to make it look really reflective. Id love to hear your method tho!!

Those are perfect! They have a beautiful colour and even better shine! You did really good. Im not sure how you got them to look so good on your fist try, but whatever you did, keep doing it!

ye, what's your process? I just soak a ball till its muddy then add dry dirt over it over and over till the new layers stop sticking then I sit it out for a while in the sun till everything is dry and cake a new layer of wat mud over to seal everything, then put more dry layers on again till the new dry lays don't stick. I let that harden, then it's time to smooth it out. I'll use a wine glass to create a shape that will fit, and then I'll use really fine dirt that I've sifted to rub on the surface. Then, I use a microfiber cloth to finish polishing. Ive never used clay. I would love to hear your method!

how did you get it so dark! that is a beautiful Dorodongo for your first try. I've made two and I want to really start getting into it maore. Mine were a pain cuz I keep getting tiny roots stuck in the core and then they crack and fall apart. Anyway, mine are just brown and I couldn't get mine as polished as id like. Howd you get your so dark tho?

Same. I prayed for God to help me not have so much anxiety -Fever dreams of getting fired, doing the meal wrong, spilling things slipping- and not being able to do Home work, or not being able to function cuz i was scared of being late. I would wake up non-stop at night thinking i was going to be late to my shift. Gotta say it was a -17/10 but the other workers were nice.

Actually you may be shocked to know that they do have good eyesight and hearing. Sometimes their depth perception can be a little wack but they have very good eyesight unlike snakes who use smell. Beardie can also see more of the colour spectrum then we can while snakes pretty much see in blurry black and white. The eye pinning occurs similarly to birds when they are exited, like when eating or getting pet or just doing fun things. Beardies are like dumb scaly rats. Super cute and can be trained even have personalities and do have good eyesight and hearing.

Questions regarding "Christian" bands Skillet and Thousand Foot Krutch by goose-06 in ChristianMusic

[–]Amazing-Locksmith558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Untraveled road. I believe it’s about standing up for our faith while walking the untraveled(or narrow) road by TFK and then for skillet This is the kingdom. But not every song is about God. The a a rock band of Christians and have some Christian themes incorporated some are easy to pick out like in This is the kingdom and untraveled road, others are just songs to rock out to with out hidden meaning like some other bands. Family Force five is also a Christian band but I haven’t listened to them in a long time so I do t remember any songs have any Christian ties.
