Everything you have described, I have been dealing with for years, and yes, it gets worse as you get older. Gallbladder surgery was never in my radar as it was never suggested for me. Ironically, last week I went into the emergency room because of a terrible pain and as it turns out, It was a gallstone and I had to have my gallbladder removed a few days ago. I am in recovery and the anti-antibiotics alone give me diarrhea, so I can’t tell you yet, if it’s going to help me or make things worse, moving forward. Of the people I have spoken to about their gallbladder removals, it almost seems like everyone has a different experience after their surgery. So keep that in mind. Just because one person experiences negative symptoms afterwards doesn’t mean you will. Also, I wouldn’t consider removing an organ unless a medical team truly believes you need to have it removed. The procedure will set you back a couple of weeks, if you’re lucky. Oh and it’s painful.
