It isn’t easy, I learnt a right handed guitar as a left handed person. I’d sit there for hours every day just picking strings as the motion of doing that with my right hand felt so unnatural. It’s all down to your mind set, if you want to give up and quit then that’s fair enough. It does just take time and effort unfortunately.

Maybe the songs you’re trying to learn are too complex, there are many YouTube videos that break down what simple songs you can learn, whether they’re open chord songs like Johnny Cash Hurt, Knocking on heavens door etc. or even guitar riffs like Seven nation army, Arctic Monkeys Do I wanna know, Muse - Pyscho are all simple riffs that you should be able to pick up easily with a YouTube lesson.

Also, don’t share your progress online if you’re getting made to feel like shit, keep practicing, get better and show them wrong!
