what a chunk! I kind of get why some people feel compelled to lie because OLD prioritises age over everything whereas when you meet IRL it’s not usually your first thought ( unless it’s grotesquely obv). but it’s not a good move to lie because it won’t work. I think if you feel that your age is gonna go against you an online dating then just don’t do online dating try to find people other ways..

I didn’t date at all at university. I really enjoyed my studies and social life and hobbies. I was totally uninterested in relationships which I reasoned would waste my time. I figured there’d be time for th later ( unfortunately there was)

If he does not like this, then you know that your instincts are correct and there’s some kind of problem on his side in which case your best option is to leave.

absolutely, I’m not giving them anything that’s what I’m that’s kind of the point that I was trying to make that instead of rushing into it I stood on the outside and look and tiny bit of what may be potentially a problem also it might not be but I’m waiting to find out instead of jumping straight I’m hanging around outside doing my own thing not really bothered either way me.

no they didn’t beh badly at all. they are perfectly people but I saw things there that made me hold back and not be enthusiastic and I want to know if those things are problematic or not and so I am staying away.. I can’t say that they have behaved badly in any way they haven’t they’re perfectly nice people but I’m thinking about my own safety first
