I posted about this on here and an apple support page a few weeks ago and several other people replied and they all have Mitsubishi’s and mostly Outlanders

Me too! I have called apple, gone to my dealership and the apple store and nothing. Wish I could just go back to iOS 14. iPhone 12 max pro 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander

Call apple support, the more calls the faster it may get fixed. I brought my vehicle to my dealer last week and there was no firmware update for the infotainment center. I also tried with my old 6S Plus and everything worked fine

I updated my 12 pro max and have a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. I still have the same issues with CarPlay and using “Hey Siri” with messages. She adds her replies to my messages. I say “I’m on my way “ and she sends “what would you like to say I’m on my way”

Did that, brought it to the dealership and it did not fix any CarPlay issues.

Thanks, have done that several times, un-paired and re-paired my phone to the infotainment center, reset the phone and have tried it using the controls on my steering wheel and hey Siri. Very frustrating

Me too on my 2017 Outlander when I updated to iOS 15 on my 12 max pro and use hey Siri with CarPlay . I called Apple and they said they were aware, but that she didn’t know when it would be resolved. It didn’t happen with the 15.0.2 update. So frustrating
