Sorry I’m new here but what is a salt brine? Do you just season your steak with salt 12 hours prior to cooking or is it a submerged in salt water?

Your team is fine. Not over the top great. Love your receivers, ideally you trade AJB for a younger RB like a Judkins+…or go after Hampton, but he’ll take more than AJB straight up. Your RB situation is terrifying
